Utilisation by bay
—
Sellable bay-hours are the venue's opening hours for each day, minus closures painted on the tee sheet, minus time you blocked out yourself. Nothing here is an estimate — it is the same schedule the booking site sells from.
Prime time vs off-peak
—
A session that straddles the boundary is split by the minute, and its revenue is divided in the same proportion — so a 3–6pm booking puts two of its three hours, and two thirds of its money, in prime time.
Who's booking
—
League status is read as it stands today: someone on a current league counts as a league player on all their sessions in this range, including ones from before they joined. Bookings are matched to a customer record by phone first, then email; a session booked with a phone number nobody has on file counts as a regular.

These cards have been authorised but no money has been taken. Charge each one when
the customer arrives. A hold that reaches its deadline is gone — the bank releases it and
the amount can never be collected, so work down this list from the top.

Active weekly hours
Open and close hour per weekday (24-hour). Set both to 0 to mark closed.
Weekly tee-sheet status
Paint the usual week here — it applies to every day automatically (all bays). Auto-fill from prices places Open + Open (Prime Rate) from your rate hours; then Save. For a one-off day that differs, use Paint status on the tee sheet.
Saved templates
Save the current weekly hours as a named preset, or apply one to make it active.
Schedule statuses
Applied to the tee sheet or a schedule override — each is either Open or Closed.
Booking statuses
Applied to a reservation as it moves through its lifecycle.
Online booking default

Sending status
Nothing is sent until the business name, the mailing address and one way to opt out are all filled in.
Who the message is from
Exactly as customers know you.
A real address a letter could be posted to. A post office box you actually collect is fine.
How they reach you, and how they stop
Somebody has to read this inbox — the law gives you 10 business days to action an opt-out.
Optional. Leave it blank and the unsubscribe email above is used instead — either one satisfies the law.
Every message the system sends carries this block at the bottom: your name, your mailing address, a way to contact you and a way to stop hearing from you. A text adds “Reply STOP to opt out”. None of it is guessed for you — what you type here is what goes out.

Click a card to see its ledger, adjust the balance or take it out of circulation. The code itself is never stored — only the last four characters, so staff can match a card a customer is holding.

Codes
Click a code to edit it. A code that is switched off, out of date or fully redeemed stops working at checkout immediately — nothing needs deleting.
Recent redemptions
Reserved is a code held during a checkout that has not finished paying yet; it goes back to the pool by itself if the customer walks away.

Recent offers
One slot, one customer, one exclusive window. Nobody else on the list hears about it until this offer lapses.
Staff
An admin can do everything, including this page. Change a role and it takes effect the next time that person loads the portal — the database enforces it too, so a stale browser tab gains nothing.
What each role may do
Admin is deliberately not listed — an admin can always do everything, so nobody can tick themselves out of the building. Untick a box here and that role loses the ability at once, in the portal and in the database.
Activity log
Who changed what, most recent first. Written by the database itself, so it records changes made outside this portal too.
